About the Workshop: Join our relaxed, small-group workshop where you will learn how to make your own personalised leather card holder by hand. The leather pieces will be pre-cut, allowing you to focus on learning key hand-finishing skills at a comfortable pace. You will be guided through each stage of the process using traditional techniques and quality materials, with particular attention to edge finishing and saddle stitching. What you will learn: - Preparing and finishing leather edges - Marking and stitching by hand - Traditional saddle stitching techniques The workshop is suitable for beginners and no prior experience is needed. All tools and materials are provided, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions along the way. You will leave with a finished leather card holder, handmade by you and ready to use. Workshop led by: Lisa Kinrade Location: Ousebank House, High Street, Newport Pagnell, MK16 8AR Next door to Cake Secret, the pink building on the corner of Ousebank Street. Duration: Approximately 3-4 hours. The workshop will run at a steady pace that is comfortable for everyone attending. Refreshments: Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. Parking: Ousebank House has a small amount of free parking at the rear of the building. There are also several free car parks nearby, including Silver Street and the Medical Centre. Please allow a full 4 hours for your visit
