Flat Cap - Bespoke Harris Tweed
A classic flat cap, handmade to order using genuine Harris Tweed cloth, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Each cap is individually cut, shaped and sewn in our Newport Pagnell workshop, resulting in a comfortable, well-balanced fit designed for everyday wear.
Made to your head size for a natural fit. To measure, use a tape around your head where the cap will sit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise before you order.
Each cap is made individually once your order is placed, with an estimated making time of 5–10 working days. If you need your cap by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering.
As this is a bespoke piece made using natural cloth, pattern placement and character will vary slightly. This is part of the individuality of a handmade cap.

All items are handmade to order in our Newport Pagnell workshop.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your item to be made, plus delivery time. Orders are dispatched using a tracked postal service. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Non-personalised items may be returned unused and in their original condition for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be received back with us within 14 days of notifying us.
Personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
