Updated: Sep 18, 2023

Getting a tailor-made cap to fit well always starts with an accurate measurement of the head.

This may sound obvious but getting the tape measure around the correct 'bit' of head is crucial! Here are some basic tips on how to measure your own head for a perfect fitting cap...

HAT SIZING:

Using a soft tape, place the measure around your head, positioned mid-forehead and just above your ears. Choose your cap size using the size guide below.

Example: If your head measures 58cm, then choose size 'medium'. If your head size falls between 2 sizes, then choose the next size up - for example, if your head measures 58.5cm then choose the next size up which in this example would be 'large'

Small = 53-55cm
Medium = 56-58cm
Large = 59-60cm
XLarge = 61-62cm
XXLarge = 63-65cm
